Family Ownership – SAC has been a family –owned company for three generations. This factor has led us to focus on long-term planning rather than short-term profits. SAC still retains many employees who began their careers with the second generation of SAC family members. Because of family and employee long-term commitments, we create associations that a last lifetime.
